Return Policies

We value your satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied, IndusDecor.com will accept returns of items purchased at this web site within 10 business days from the date of receipt.

For a credit,
(1) The item/s must be returned in the original packing via US Mail to the address specified below.
NOTE: In the event that US MAIL is not available as in case of international shipments, please use your national postal service.
(2) Returned items should be in new, unused and unwashed condition (i.e. be in the same condition as when it was received, and fit to be resold).
(3) In case of items sold as sets, all the products in the set must be returned in order to be accepted.
(4) Bedding (linens, bedspreads, sheets, pillowcases, shams, pillow covers, duvet covers etc.), either used, soiled or laundered are not returnable.
(5) In case of fabrics by yard, the fabric must be returned uncut and unwashed (in the exact length as purchased). Lengths of fabric, which have be cut or altered in any way are not acceptable.

We will process your credit request usually within 5 business days from the receipt of the returned items provided they meet the conditions outlined in (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) above.

Please use the shipping label provided in the invoice to assure proper credit.

Credit will be issued for full value (minus any discounts, if applied at the time of purchase) of the returned items (including any taxes, if paid at the time of purchase). However, we are unable to refund shipping/handling and any other applicable charges incurred by you at the time of purchase.

IndusDecor.com is not responsible for any lost returns. For your protection, please certify and insure the return shipment, and be sure to keep your receipt.

Credit will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase of the item. We do not make refunds in cash, by check or by any other means.

Customer pays for return shipping and insurance. Please do not send any package C.O.D., as we will not accept returned products via C.O.D.

Used, soiled or laundered products will not be accepted under any circumstances, and will be returned to the original purchaser at their expense.

If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order.


Incorrect/incomplete shipping address provided by customer

In case of free shipping, orders that are unable to be delivered due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer, IndusDecor.com will issue a credit to the original credit card used, for the purchase price of merchandise minus all shipping charges (i.e. original shipping charges incurred and the return shipping charges, if any, incurred by IndusDecor.com) only after the shipment is received back by IndusDecor.com as undeliverable.

In case of shipments where the customer has paid for shipping, IndusDecor.com will issue a credit to the original credit card used, for the purchase price of merchandise minus the return shipping charges, if any, incurred by IndusDecor.com, after the shipment is received back by IndusDecor.com as undeliverable. The original shipping charges paid by customer will not be refunded.

IndusDecor.com is unable to issue any refund for items that get lost and are not returned back due to incorrect/incomplete address entered in the order.

Refusal of delivery

In case of free shipping, if a package is refused for delivery for any reason and is being returned to IndusdDecor.com, a credit will be issued to the original credit card used, for the purchase price of merchandise minus all shipping charges (i.e. original shipping charges incurred and the return shipping charges, if any, incurred by IndusDecor.com) only after the shipment is received back by IndusDecor.com.

In case of shipments where the customer has paid for shipping, IndusDecor.com will issue a credit to the original credit card used, for the purchase price of merchandise minus the return shipping charges, if any, incurred by IndusDecor.com, after the shipment is received back by Indusdecor.com. The original shipping charges paid by customer will not be refunded.

For all shipments sent via FedEx or any other express shipping carrier, if after three delivery attempts, the carrier was not successful in delivering the package and the package is returned to IndusdDecor.com for this reason, a credit will be issued to the original credit card used, for the purchase price of merchandise minus the original shipping charges and return shipping charges, if any, incurred by IndusDecor.com only after the shipment is received back by IndusDecor.com. The original shipping charges, if any, paid by customer will not be refunded.

For all shipments sent via USPS, if a notice is left after an attempted delivery, and no attempt is made by the customer either to contact USPS to have the delivery rescheduled or have the item picked up at the Post Office indicated on the notice, and if this item is unclaimed after 15 days is returned to IndusdDecor.com, a credit will be issued to the original credit card used, for the purchase price of merchandise minus the original shipping charges and return shipping charges, if any, incurred by IndusDecor.com only after the shipment is received back by IndusDecor.com. The original shipping charges, if any, paid by customer will not be refunded.
